Daily Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Provide companionship, hands-on care to residents according to their individual care plans
\n
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and use of mobility equipment as needed
\n
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, groomimg, toileting and personal hygiene
\n
• Assist with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
\n
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to residents neds.
\n
• Observe and report changes in residents physical, mental, or emotional condition.
\n
• Follow all facillity policies, safety procedures, infection control practices and residents rights
\n

\n

Required Skills:

\n

\n
• Current, active CNA/STNA certification in the state of Ohio
\n
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing/assisted living
\n
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
\n
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
\n
• Dependable, responsible, and punctual
\n
• Ability ti safely perform physical duties associated with residents care
\n
