We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Support Associates to support daily manufacturing and assembly operations at a production facility in Fort Wayne, IN. This position may perform a variety of duties, including gluing, product inspection/checking, machine setup, and moving materials or finished products. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, is comfortable working with machinery and hand tools, and can accurately follow work instructions and quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
