Tecknomic is looking for a Technical Writer Journeyman. FULLY ONSITE IN WASHINGTON, DC. About the Role The DC Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection (DLCP) is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to develop, edit, and maintain clear, accurate agency documentation and public-facing content. This role will support website content, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidance documents, newsletters, reports, and other internal and external communications while working closely with subject matter experts and program staff. The ideal candidate brings strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills, experience managing SOPs and web content, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible language.
