A growing client of ours is seeking a skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a direct impact on the financial operations of a developing business.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day accounting processes while helping improve procedures and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer invoices to improve collections and cash flow
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
- Review and track purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
- Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks
- Support financial reporting and general ledger activities
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and organization
- Collaborate with leadership and external accounting resources as needed
- 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
- Experience with month-end close activities
- QuickBooks experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
