We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with highrise experience to oversee and manage highrise construction projects in the Nashville area. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in the construction industry to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Description Manage and oversee all aspects of highrise construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Foster a positive team environment and promote effective communication between executives and operational. Profile Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically with highrise projects. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
