As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal interactions. You will ensure that patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Daily tasks will also involve assigning duties, instructing, and offering clinical oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Current licensure/registration in the relevant state, with an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; certification must remain current throughout employment.
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients with knowledge and competence
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
