Seeking an experienced Pharmacist to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care in a specialty pharmacy setting. This per diem opportunity is based in Milaca, MN, offering a mix of retail and long-term care pharmacy duties. The role requires dedication to accuracy, patient safety, and effective medication management to support both community and long-term care patients.

Schedule:

  • August 26: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • August 27: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • August 28: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • September 1: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive pharmaceutical care including dispensing, reviewing, and monitoring medications in retail and long-term care settings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapies.
  • Conduct patient counseling to ensure understanding of medication use.
  • Manage documentation and regulatory compliance for pharmacy operations.
  • Administer immunizations if certified.
  • Support medication therapy management and improve patient outcomes in long-term care facilities.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • PharmD degree or equivalent with MTM certification preferred.
  • Current Immunization Certification.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with attention to detail.

  • Milaca, MN (with some duties related to Big Lake, MN)
