Job Description
Our organization, a prominent player in the grocery and foodservice distribution sector, is seeking skilled CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to assist our wholesale and restaurant clientele. In this position, you will be responsible for the safe operation of a CDL A truck on both local and regional routes, delivering palletized products and items that require hand unloading to convenience stores, chain restaurants, and various retailers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Ensure loads are secured properly for safe transport.
- Utilize Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and handheld technology for tracking and reporting.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with clients.
- Valid CDL A license.
- Proven experience in truck driving, preferably in a delivery capacity.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulations.
