Location: Peachtree City, GA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly (M-F: 7a-5p; OT every other weekend as needed) Pay Range: $33-$40+ ($40+ requires 20+ years experience); excellent benefit package

Collaborative Role: Direct involvement with project leaders and international engineers from mold approval to final delivery.
Responsibilities
Assembly & Optimization: Responsible for the precision assembly/disassembly and optimization of molds and their components.
Technical Validation: Lead Internal Mold Acceptance (IMA) alongside project leaders and manage internal/external mold approvals.
Precision Finishing: Execute expert-level deburring and polishing to ensure mold surfaces meet high-tolerance smoothness requirements.
Quality Control: Inspect your own work and that of others using advanced measurement reports; identify and rectify any technical deviations.
Mentorship: Guide and coach junior-to-senior level Moldmakers by explaining procedures and supporting daily operations.
Key Skills
Mold Making: Mastery of machining sequences, clamping, and aligning workpieces for complex mold production.
Surface Finishing: High proficiency in polishing techniques and removing burr residues.
Technical Analysis: Ability to interpret advanced measurement reports and propose improvement strategies for mold components.
