In this role, you’ll help shape the futures of middle and high school students in a supportive district environment. You’ll expand your skillset, gain exposure to new workplace practices, and further develop your leadership through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLP licensure (FL reciprocity accepted).
• Image of your current license.
• Experience with students in grades 6-8 and/or 10-12, with flexibility based on your preference.
• Able to meet fingerprinting and background check requirements.
• Willingness to complete a pre-assignment interview if requested.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech therapy services, including direct therapy, testing/evaluation, and participation in ARDs.
• Caseload management of approximately 50–60 students.
• Work collaboratively with educators and parents to support student outcomes.
• Responsible for all documentation, progress reports, and goal setting.
