Physician Assistant (PA) - Locum Tenens - North Carolina-233495

• Start Date: September or as soon as possible; open to both full-time and part-time availability.
• Work Environment: Inpatient care and Telehealth services.
• Patient Load: Approximately 12 patients per shift.
• Position Details:
  • Experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery is essential.
  • Responsibilities include 70% rounding on post-surgical patients and 30% conducting inpatient consultations for facial trauma. Telehealth consultations for facial trauma will also be part of the role, serving external institutions.
  • The department consists of 5 beds.
  • Facility is designated as a Level 1 Trauma center.
• Candidate Requirements: Must be Board Certified and hold an active license in North Carolina.
• Electronic Medical Records: Familiarity with EPIC is required.
• Support Services: Our organization can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will provide malpractice coverage.
