Job Summary: The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will oversee the receiving and shipping of raw and finished goods that come into our warehouse. You will create shipping tickets and purchase receipts in our domestic & international shipping systems. You will assist with daily and weekly cycle counts of raw and finished goods in our warehouse. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM How will you make a difference? As part of our team, you will: Shipping & Receiving: Receive and enter raw materials into Acumatica-ERP system. Identify customer raw materials from packing slips. Move raw & finished materials to appropriate incoming and outgoing areas of warehouse. Generate labels/instructions and receiving records for customer service & financial invoices. Prepares all shipping tickets and bill of loading for shipments. Calls all trucking dispatches for scheduling pickups. Receives all daily receipts by end of shift. Prepares and processes all national and international shipping paperwork through UPS packaging system. Warehouse Duties: Assist & support shift coverage for our shift coverage for warehouse personnel as needed. Load and unload freight that comes in daily into the warehouse. Processes all incoming and outgoing raw and finished materials. What will you bring to Opportunity Partners?
