Construction Litigation Attorney
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to join the team and help grow their construction law practice. The role covers construction disputes, mechanics liens, litigation, trials, contract negotiations, and related real estate and commercial litigation matters.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandle construction matters from pre litigation through mechanics liens, litigation, hearings, depositions, and trial.
Represent clients in construction disputes and manage cases through all stages of litigation.
Draft, review, revise, and negotiate construction contracts.
Handle real estate disputes and commercial litigation matters as appropriate.
Communicate complex legal concepts clearly while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Colorado.
3 to 5 years of legal experience.
Required experience in construction litigation.
Strong legal drafting, analytical, communication, and problem solving skills; first chair experience in depositions, hearings, and trials preferred.
