Job Title: Primary Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Dayton, OH 45417 Hourly Rate: TBD DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct and indirect nursing support to Veterans at the Dayton VA Medical Center. The LPN will work as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team to assist with patient assessment, care planning, treatment, documentation, patient education, and other nursing services within the authorized scope of practice.
