LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to find a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with billing, accounts receivable, collections, customer service, or accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing high-volume transactions.

Responsibilities
- Process daily billing activities for multiple locations.
- Review and bill previous day's tickets accurately and efficiently.
- Verify material pricing, freight charges, and transaction details.
- Code transactions to the appropriate division and location.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, adjustments, and corrections.
- Partner closely with internal operations teams to ensure ticket accuracy.
- Manage high-volume billing across multiple locations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely invoice processing.
- Previous accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
