Job Description

This full-time, onsite opportunity offers speech-language pathologists the chance to work with a diverse caseload and collaborate with educational staff across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Prior experience in school-based SLP settings strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 38-40 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students across multiple school levels
- Maintain accurate and timely student records, documentation, and progress reports
- Consult with educators and family members regarding student progress and strategies for support
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development sessions
