This full-time, onsite opportunity offers speech-language pathologists the chance to work with a diverse caseload and collaborate with educational staff across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
  • Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Prior experience in school-based SLP settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 38-40 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services to students across multiple school levels
  • Maintain accurate and timely student records, documentation, and progress reports
  • Consult with educators and family members regarding student progress and strategies for support
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development sessions
