\n StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10 Pay Rate: $184.30 - $199.50

This facility is seeking a Psychiatrist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• \n

  Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off; 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM onsite coverage with overnight beeper call during scheduled week; very low call volume

\n
• \n

  Practice Setting: Inpatient Psychiatry, Consult Liaison Services, Psychiatric Emergency Services, Community Behavioral Health Programs, and Crisis Stabilization Center

\n
• \n

  Scope: Adult and Adolescent Psychiatry (ages 12 and older)

\n
• \n

  Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 5-6 weeks for clean applicants

\n
• \n

  State Licensure: Alaska; willing to license clean candidates and will accept providers with a Letter of Qualification through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact

\n
• \n

  Requirements: Board Certified in Psychiatry, active Drug Enforcement Administration registration, current CV, experience treating patients ages 12 and older, willingness to support inpatient psychiatry, consult services, and crisis stabilization services
