Benefits You Can Rely On:- Compensation: Drivers earn between $80,000 and $90,000, with top performers reaching up to $110,000.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on experience.

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, submitting a DOT inspection report detailing its condition.
- Verify the bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off-hour deliveries.
- Drive the tractor-trailer to designated locations, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and demonstrating skill in vehicle maneuvering both on the road and at customer sites.
- Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.
- Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer premises.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
- Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Meet our organization’s MVR and risk rating standards.
- This role requires the ability to read, write, and comprehend English at a level necessary for effective and safe job performance, including understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and essential communications.
