Graduate Sales Trainee
Job Description
Not sure what "sales" actually looks like day-to-day? Let's show you.
\nThis is a proper training programme — not a job title with no substance behind it. You'll be taught, mentored, and developed from the ground up, learning the craft of face-to-face sales from people who've actually done it.
\nWe hire graduates because you bring something most sales teams are missing: fresh thinking. You've spent years learning how to research, argue a point, and adapt your approach to a new audience — whether that was a lecture hall, a dissertation panel, or a five-a-side team. That's exactly the mindset we build on.
\nNo experience needed. What we do need is someone who loves being around people, isn't afraid of a challenge, and actually wants to learn — because this programme moves fast, and it rewards people who lean in.
\nWhat we're looking for:
\n- \n
- Graduates who are open to a completely new challenge, no sales background required \n
- High energy and genuinely enjoy connecting with people \n
- A real appetite to learn and grow — this is a training role, so mindset matters more than experience \n
A typical day:
\n- \n
- Meet with your team each morning for a briefing on the day's location, campaign, and goals \n
- Head to your event site (high street, shopping centre, event, or campaign location) and get set up \n
- Approach and engage members of the public throughout the day, building rapport and having genuine conversations \n
- Represent the brand or client, sharing what makes them worth people's time and attention \n
- Guide interested people through next steps, whether that's a sign-up, sale, or connection to the brand \n
- Wrap up with a team debrief — sharing wins, learnings, and feedback to keep improving \n
What you'll get: structured training, a clear development path, and the chance to build a skill set that's genuinely hard to teach anywhere else.
\nExpected Earnings: 700-800 per week
\nIf you're willing to learn, we're willing to invest in you.
