School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Peoria, Illinois | Full-Time Opportunity | 2026-2027 School Year
Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Peoria, Illinois for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to work with a diverse student population while providing meaningful speech and language services in a supportive school environment.
Position Details

- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: May 28, 2027
- 35–37.5 Hours Per Week
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
- School-Based Setting
- Approximately 38 Students
- AAC and multimodal communication needs
- Some behavioral needs
- Potential summer assignment extension through June 28, 2027

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
- Support students using AAC and multimodal communication
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and goal development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Support students' communication and academic development
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP License or ability to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
