Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Pulaski, WI

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in K-12 educational settings (preferred)
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload across multiple grade levels

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students
• Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy across elementary, middle, and high schools with a caseload of 38-40 students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure holistic support
• Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate and guide families on strategies that support student progress
