Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in K-12 educational settings (preferred)
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Comfortable managing a varied caseload across multiple grade levels
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students
- Develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct and consultative therapy across elementary, middle, and high schools with a caseload of 38-40 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure holistic support
- Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Educate and guide families on strategies that support student progress
