Job Description
A specialty pharmacy is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a setting that combines retail and long-term care services. This role requires a professional who is immunization certified and CPR certified, with qualifications such as a PharmD degree or MTM certification preferred.

Schedule:
- 8/26: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 8/27: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 8/28: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 9/1: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform a mix of retail and long-term care pharmacy duties.
- Manage and dispense medications in compliance with specialty pharmacy standards.
- Provide long-term care pharmacist services, ensuring appropriate medication management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist with a PharmD or equivalent professional degree.
- Certification in Immunization.
- Current CPR Certification.
- MTM (Medication Therapy Management) certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Excellent communication skills for patient and provider interactions.
