Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based Leave Coverage
Location: Denver (metro area), CO
Schedule: Part-Time | 4 Days per Week
Position Type: Leave Coverage
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time leave coverage opportunity in the Denver metro area. This position will support an elementary school caseload and offers a great opportunity to gain valuable school-based experience while working alongside a collaborative team focused on student success.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of therapy recommendations as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and school participation skills
Qualifications
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Credential required
- Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
