Our organization is in search of a full-time physician assistant to enhance its Women's Health services in Richland, Washington. This role operates on a shift-based schedule, incorporating both inpatient and outpatient care. Position Overview:- Full-time position, 1.0 FTE
- 7 days on, followed by 7 days off
- 10-hour shifts; 26 weeks annually
- Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Deliver post-operative care, assist with hospital rounds, manage discharge tasks, and provide clinic support
- Annual salary ranging from $135,890 to $180,253
- As a non-profit entity, our organization is eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

The salary figures mentioned may encompass productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and additional shift bonuses, as relevant to the role. Furthermore, continuing medical education (CME) benefits may also be available to providers.
