Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for a Fabrication Associate position in Joliet, IL The company manufactures steel for construction companies
Role Summary:
The Fabrication Associate is responsible for manufacturing components of stock and customer material. While maintaining top quality in the products produced.

Essential Responsibility:

  • Read blueprints/drawings and take/read measurements to plan layout and procedures.
  • Operate machinery to assist in the fabrication process.
  • Align components using calipers, rulers, clamp pieces, etc.
  • Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filing gaps.
  • Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent organization and time management skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of standing.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 LB.


Preferred Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Familiar with production equipment and machinery

  • IL Paid Leave for All Workers
  • An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave
  • 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.
Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
