Adecco is recruiting for Maintenance Mechanics for a Direct Hire opportunity with a premier food manufacturer in Walworth, WI. Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
Support facility utility systems, including boilers and related equipment
Complete maintenance work orders and maintenance documentation
Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime
Follow all safety, quality, and food safety standards
Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems preferred
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Food manufacturing experience is a plus
