Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Franklin, TN
Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients with hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other conditions needing infused medications.
  • Apply specialized knowledge in managing factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and an array of subcutaneous and IV infusions for chronic conditions.
  • Educate patients and their families on complex medication administration, side effect monitoring, adherence strategies, and safe handling practices at home.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure integrated and effective patient care.
  • Partner with reimbursement specialists to navigate insurance plans, secure prior authorizations, and locate financial assistance resources.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current Tennessee Pharmacist License required.
  • Arkansas Pharmacist License preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
  • Experience with CareTend software highly preferred; training is available for candidates without prior exposure.
  • Willingness to acquire additional state licenses to expand practice jurisdiction.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centric care and teamwork.
