\n Field Service Technicians - Boston, MA Metro Area\n

\n Technicians with excellent skills and customer service needed with the ability to provide strong electrical and mechanical diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair skills.\n
\n
\n Responsibilities:\n
\n
    \n
  • The Technician will be performing Warranty, Retrofits, and Acceptance work on hybrid and some eBuses.
    • \n
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers and property staff.
    • \n
  • Repairs, maintains, troubleshoots and service transit vehicles (all platforms) using skills and tools that range from advanced computer diagnostics to basic mechanical tools, communication, and document solutions.
    • \n
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
    • \n
\n
\n Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • Self-starter and works independently with limited supervision.
    • \n
  • Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism.
    • \n
\n
\n Experience Includes:\n
\n
    \n
  • 2+ years' experience of directly related work.
    • \n
  • General knowledge of truck, bus, automotive and/or other vehicle systems.
    • \n
\n
\n
\n
\n Pay Rate: $35 and up (Pay is commensurate with skills and experience)\n
\n
\n Work Schedule: 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday – Friday\n
\n
\n Travel: Travel is required to various jobsites in the Boston metro area: Quincy, Lynn, Hyde Park, South Boston and Cambridge, MA.\n
