Plumbing Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on service experience. This is a full-time, permanent position serving residential and light commercial customers. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the service area prior to starting.

• Perform residential and commercial plumbing service calls.

• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide complete system assessments.

• Present repair options and pricing to customers.

• Install, repair, and service:

  • Tank and tankless gas/electric water heaters

  • Faucets

  • Toilets

  • Sinks

  • Tubs and showers

  • Garbage disposals

  • Water treatment systems

  • Leak repairs

  • Sewer and drain cleaning

• Complete repairs efficiently and professionally.

• Process customer payments upon completion of work.

• Communicate with dispatch after each service call to receive the next assignment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.

• Complete service documentation and reports accurately.

• Attend daily safety meetings and ongoing training sessions.

• Maintain a clean work area and wear company-provided uniforms.

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Experience with residential plumbing service; light commercial experience is a plus.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls from start to finish.

• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.

• Willingness to relocate to the service area before employment begins.

• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment/ongoing drug screenings.
