Location: Stevenson & White Salmon, WA
Employment: Full-Time | FQHC / Outpatient

We're seeking a Family Practice Physician (MD/DO) to join a mission-driven healthcare team serving patients across the lifespan.

• Sign-On: $25,000

• Relocation: $5,000-$10,000

• Schedule: 32 clinical + 8 admin hours/week

• Patient Volume: 14-18 patients/day

• New Grads Welcome with mentorship

• Minimal weekend coverage + shared call
