Responsibilities
  • Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in line with HHS standards to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality patient care.
  • Must exhibit the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care for patients in the assigned unit.
  • Demonstrate understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan, with the ability to assess data reflecting the patient's condition and interpret the necessary information to identify each patient's age-specific needs.
  • Plan and provide patient care, including the development, modification, and execution of care plans in accordance with HHS standards to ensure quality patient care as outlined in the Patient Care policies and procedures.
  • Expected to comply with the regulations established by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a minimum of two (2) years of education.
  • Valid RN License for Oklahoma.
  • BLS certification is required to be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into this role, prior to delivering direct patient care.
