Our organization is actively looking for exceptional BC/BE Family Medicine - Rapid Care Physicians to become part of our clinic located in Vacaville, situated in Northern California.

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $320,040 to $330,000.

We also offer options for reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation.

As a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with us, you will have the flexibility to select a 4- or 5-day workweek, complete with dedicated time for panel management and opportunities in virtual care. Exciting incentives are available across Northern California.

  • We provide positions with a flexible base schedule of 4 days per week, along with pro-rated compensation.

  • Virtual care opportunities are available.

  • Schedules include dedicated time for managing your patient panel, including inbox and phone communications.

  • Specific schedules will be tailored to meet site needs and physician preferences.

  • Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may also be an option.

  • Some incentive opportunities are based on potential premium pay estimates.

FORGIVABLE LOAN PROGRAM -

Loan amounts range from $275,000 to $325,000, depending on location and experience.
