Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple hospital renovation and construction projects simultaneously

  • Oversee day to day onsite construction activities

  • Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and design teams

  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and overall project execution

  • Review project plans, specifications, drawings, and construction documents

  • Conduct regular jobsite walks and identify construction issues

  • Coordinate with hospital leadership and project stakeholders

  • Manage project documentation, reports, meeting records, and administrative requirements

  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and change orders

  • Assist with contractor negotiations and resolution of project issues

  • Coordinate Design Build and Design Bid Build projects

  • Ensure work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and schedule

  • Support project closeout and turnover activities

  • Maintain strong communication between field teams, contractors, design teams, and hospital representatives

Qualifications and Certifications

  • 10 to 15 years of construction management experience

  • Strong commercial construction experience

  • Hospital or healthcare construction experience is preferred but not mandatory at this level

  • Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously

  • Experience with renovation or construction projects in occupied or operational facilities is preferred

  • Strong contractor and subcontractor management experience

  • Experience with both Design Build and Design Bid Build projects

  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and project coordination

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

  • Strong administrative and project documentation experience

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work fully onsite

  • Bluebeam experience required

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
