A physician clinic in the North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area is seeking an experienced Echo Sonographer to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a cardiac sonographer looking for a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule in an outpatient environment.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• \n

  Perform diagnostic echocardiographic examinations according to established protocols.

\n
• \n

  Obtain high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation.

\n
• \n

  Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort throughout examinations.

\n
• \n

  Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment.

\n
• \n

  Accurately document patient information and examination findings.

\n
• \n

  Recognize and document relevant cardiac findings.

\n
• \n

  Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

\n
• \n

  Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all applicable safety and quality standards.

\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• \n

  RDCS certification required

\n
• \n

  Appropriate South Carolina credentials/licensure as applicable.

\n
• \n

  Previous cardiac sonography experience preferred.

\n
• \n

  Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.

\n
• \n

  Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

\n
• \n

  Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

\n
