Salary: $57,276–$71,595/year
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Assess clients’ nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition care plans
\n - Plan menus to meet clients’ nutritional needs
\n - Provide nutrition counseling, education, and presentations
\n - Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and interdisciplinary care teams
\n - Review medical records and provide appropriate nutritional interventions
\n - Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
\n

Requirements:
\n
\n - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
\n - RD/RDN and CDN credentials
\n - New York State license
\n - CPR/BLS certification
\n
