Dentist

Location: Bakersfield, CA
Setting: Outpatient

We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our busy, established general dental practice. This position is ideal for a reliable, clinically confident dentist who wants a consistent schedule, strong patient flow, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care in a private practice setting.

• Full-Time

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• No on-call or weekend requirement

• Perform exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning

• Provide general restorative care, crowns, fillings, extractions, root canals, dentures, and routine dental procedures

• Present treatment clearly and professionally to patients

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Work collaboratively with the dental team

• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and clinical standards

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Active California dental license

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong communication and chairside manner

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
