Orthodontic Specialists of Green Bay has proudly served the Green Bay community for more than 40 years. Previous sterilization experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

As a Sterilization Technician, you'll play an essential role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care by:

• Cleaning, inspecting, and organizing instruments and cassettes
• Processing instruments through ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, packaging, and steam sterilization
• Operating and maintaining sterilization equipment
• Completing required sterilization and maintenance documentation
• Restocking operatories and clinical supplies
• Washing and maintaining clinical and doctor scrub laundry
• Following OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines
• Assisting with additional responsibilities to support the clinical team

• Able to stand for extended periods (approximately 8 hours per day)
• Able to lift 520 pounds while stocking supplies and performing daily tasks

Schedule

• Full-time position (3240 hours per week)
• Monday through Friday
• Must be available during office hours
• No weekends
