Indiana University Health Medical Group East Region is actively recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our highly skilled team of physicians and advanced practice providers in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Position Details:

  • Full-time employment
  • \n
  • 100% Outpatient
  • \n
  • Schedule: 40 hours/week; Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • \n
  • No procedures
  • \n
\n

Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • \n
  • Master’s Degree required
  • \n
  • AGNP, FNP or PA certification required
  • \n
  • 2 years of APP experience preferred
  • \n
  • An ideal candidate will have prior experience in Cardiology
  • \n
