We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a track record of hiring sales professionals in fast-paced, high-performance environments. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help attract and hire the next generation of top-performing recruitment consultants and sales professionals across our business. Description Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal hiring across Michael Page. Recruit primarily for sales-focused positions, including Recruitment Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, and other revenue-generating roles. Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning objectives. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-performing sales talent. Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and market mapping. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' sales achievements, motivation, communication skills, and cultural alignment. Guide candidates through the interview process and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Manage offer negotiations and drive offer acceptance rates. Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health, hiring activity, and market trends. Act as a brand ambassador for Michael Page and communicate our employee value proposition effectively across the market. Partner with HR and hiring managers to support onboarding and successful integration of new hires. Profile 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably recruiting sales professionals. Bachelor's Degree Experience within staffing, executive search, talent acquisition, or a sales-driven organization strongly preferred. Proven ability to source and hire high-performing sales talent. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven approach with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics to influence hiring decisions. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Strong business acumen and understanding of sales environments. Ability to build credibility with candidates and senior stakeholders alike. Comfortable operating in a performance-based, growth-oriented culture. Passion for talent acquisition and helping build high-performing teams.
