Wash Bay Technician

\n Intro: We are seeking a skilled Wash Station Technician with a strong mechanical background to join our team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining wash station equipment while following safety, quality, and production standards. \n

\n Wash Station Technician Duties\n

\n : · Set up, operate, and maintain wash station equipment and tools\n

\n . · Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, procedures, and equipment requirements.\n

\n · Clamp, press, fixture, remove, and install components as needed for cleaning procedures. \n

\n · Verify components meet specifications using measuring equipment and tools\n

\n . · Maintain equipment, tools, and workstations while following 5S, safety, quality, and production requirements\n

\n . Schedule: · Monday – Friday 7 am – 4 pm with OT as needed\n

\n
\n

\n Pay: $19 \n

\n Wash Station Technician Requirement\n

\n : · Strong mechanical background with manufacturing or production experience.\n

\n · Ability to read metric and imperial drawings, tolerances, and measurements.\n

\n · Ability to understand technical documentation, work instructions, and equipment requirements\n

\n . · Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to assist less experienced technician\n

\n . · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to follow PPE, EHS, Quality, ISO, and 5S requirements\n
