Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Already great with people? You're closer to this role than you think.
\nIf you've worked in customer service, you already know things that can't be taught in a classroom: how to read someone in the first ten seconds, how to stay upbeat when you're on your feet all day, and how to turn a tricky interaction into a good one. That's the exact skill set this role is built on — we've just moved it from behind a counter to out in the field, face-to-face with new people every day.
\nThis is an onsite, event-based, face-to-face customer service role where you'll be representing brands directly to the public — building relationships, holding conversations, and creating genuinely good customer experiences on the spot. No cold calling, no scripts read off a screen — just real conversations with real people, the same way you'd handle a customer in-store, just with a lot more variety day to day.
\nWe're especially drawn to people with a customer service, hospitality, retail, call centre, or other customer-facing background because you've already proven you can handle pressure, stay personable under any circumstances, and represent a brand well even when you're tired or the queue's out the door. That resilience translates directly. What we add is training in sales technique, structured development, and a clear path to grow — things retail and service roles don't always offer.
\nNo sales experience is necessary. This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided. What matters is that you're genuinely people-first, high energy, a strong communicator, and open to learning a new side of the skills you already have.
What we're looking for:\n- \n
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call centre, front of house, or a similarly people-facing role \n
- Customer-focused approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Comfortable talking to strangers, answering questions, and building rapport quickly \n
- High energy, resilient, and used to being "on" for a full shift \n
- Able to represent brands professionally and create positive customer experiences \n
- Ambitious and open to learning sales and customer engagement as a career skill, not just a job \n
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply \n
- Available to work onsite in Indianapolis, IN \n
Full training on the sales and customer engagement side, a clear development path, and real earning potential that reflects the effort you put in — plus a role that finally uses the people skills and customer service experience you've already built.
Earnings: 700–800 per week\nIf you've ever thought "I'm good with people, I just need the right opportunity" — this is it.
