Salesforce Platform Administrator

***This is Hybrid Position*** ***Candidate Must Be Local*** The Salesforce Platform Administrator II provides advanced system administration and platform support for agencies and departments across the State of Tennessee. This role supports small to medium-sized enhancements, user setup and security, and ongoing administrative needs across 11 statewide Salesforce orgs utilizing Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. The Administrator II ensures all configuration and platform activities follow STS standards, governance processes, and security requirements. The position works closely with agency stakeholders, vendor partners, and internal Salesforce org owners to maintain stable, secure, and high-performing solutions that serve Tennesseans effectively. Experience working in public sector environments and multi-org Salesforce landscapes is preferred.
