\n - 7-on/7-off schedule
\n - Mix of hospital rounding, surgical first assist, and outpatient clinic
\n - No travel required
\n - Hospital census: approximately 1530 patients
\n - Clinic volume: approximately 10 patients per day
\n - Collaborative team of 4 General Surgeons and 2 APPs
