Pipefitter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Pipefitters for projects located in or around Maryville, TN. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience plus $150/per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

\n
• Install, fit, and assemble carbon steel, stainless steel, and PVC piping systems
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, ISO drawings, and piping schematics
\n
• Measure, cut, thread, groove, and bevel pipe to specifications
\n
• Install valves, hangers, supports, and mechanical equipment connections
\n
• Perform hydro testing and system checks
\n
• Work alongside welders, millwrights, and mechanical crews on industrial installations
\n
• Maintain safe work practices on active job sites
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of pipefitting experience
\n
• Must have strong experience with commercial and industrial piping systems
\n
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and work independently
\n
• Must have experience with threading machines, pipe cutters, and fitting tools
\n
• Rigging experience is a plus
\n
• Must have reliable transportation and basic pipefitter tools
\n
• OSHA 10 is preferred
\n
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work overtime as needed
\n
