Position Overview:
- Location: UPMC Hamot
- City: Erie, PA
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours; no weekends or holidays. Some regional clinic visits may be necessary for onsite procedures. Flexible schedule with options for remote work.

Compensation Package Includes:
- Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 for this full-time, onsite role.
- Eligibility for Quality Incentives.

- This role is exclusively focused on breast imaging! No on-call duties!
- Comprehensive Services Offered: 3D Mammography, breast ultrasound, MRI, radioactive seed localization, and image-guided core biopsy (stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI). Our collaboration with Magee-Women’s Hospital of UPMC enables genetic telemedicine, allowing patients in the area to access genetic counseling services. UPMC Hamot also partners with the esteemed UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, providing local access to groundbreaking research and advanced therapies.
Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical institution.
- Certification or eligibility from the American Board of Radiology.
- Expertise in all aspects of breast imaging.
- Fellowship training in breast imaging is preferred, or several years of dedicated experience in breast imaging.
- Ability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and obtain necessary credentials.
- DEA certification.
- A strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as we prioritize delivering high-quality care in a compassionate and professional setting.
