We are seeking a detail-oriented Mail Clerk to join our client's Sacramento office, which serves as the centralized mail center for all 13 of our locations. This entry-level position is responsible for opening, scanning, and processing incoming mail while ensuring documents are accurately distributed.


Responsibilities:

-Open, sort, and scan incoming mail

-Route documents to the appropriate departments

-Maintain accurate digital records

-Handle confidential information with care
