ResponsibilitiesNight Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
Key Responsibilities:
The staff nurse is tasked with delivering nursing care to patients across all stages of life, employing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. This role operates within the organization's established policies and procedures, showcasing professional development and accountability. The staff nurse is also responsible for upholding practice standards and coordinating the patient care activities of all assigned personnel to ensure high-quality nursing care.
Minimum Education Required:
Completion of an accredited nursing program.
Minimum Experience Required:
New graduates from nursing programs are welcome to apply.
Minimum Licensure/Certification Required by Law:
A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or a valid NLC/eNLC Multistate License is required. Additionally, BLS certification is mandatory.
Additional Qualifications:
For PRN roles: A year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Advanced certification in a relevant specialty area, if applicable (refer to addendum).
Experience in a hospital setting is favored.
This position involves working night shifts and requires the ability to provide care in a fast-paced environment.
