About Our Practice

We provide a range of primary care practice environments and locations, ensuring a robust practice infrastructure. Options include both urban and rural settings across our extensive 10-county service area.

Position Overview
  • Deliver direct primary care in an office environment.
  • Minimal on-call responsibilities, primarily involving phone coverage shared among partners.
  • Utilize the Nurse Advice Line for initial call triage and filtering.
  • Collaborate with and oversee Advanced Practice Providers.
  • Work with Epic EMR, online diagnostics, including PACS imaging and lab results.
Professional Qualifications
  • Board certified or board eligible.
  • Team-oriented with a focus on personalized patient care and measurable clinical outcomes.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality and compassionate care.
  • Eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.
