Position:

• Provider Type: Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: 2-5 days each week

• Current Referring Offices: 5 General Dentistry, 1 Pediatric (Generating roughly $14m)

• Payor Mix: Mostly FFS
\n
• Previous Practice Production: Solo doctor produced $5m+ in 2025, before referring practices were in place
