Job Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a bilingual (English / Spanish) Equipment Technicians who enjoy solving problems both hands-on and through data analysis. This role blends equipment testing and troubleshooting with performance data review and remote customer support. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with data, and confident supporting customers to keep their systems operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Equipment Testing & Troubleshooting
  • Set up, test, and evaluate spray-foam proportioning systems, pumps, and related equipment
  • Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and basic software troubleshooting
  • Assist with prototype testing and quality assurance evaluations
  • Identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions
Data Review & Analysis
  • Review equipment logs, pressure and temperature readings, and ratio performance data
  • Use Microsoft Excel and internal tools to analyze trends, detect anomalies, and identify maintenance needs
  • Document findings and collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
Customer Support
  • Provide remote technical support to customers via phone and email in both English and Spanish
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
Qualifications
Required
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, or fluid-handling systems (spray-foam, HVAC, automotive, industrial equipment, or similar)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort interpreting data and trend reports
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred
  • Background in manufacturing, field service, or quality assurance
  • Familiarity with data logging systems, PLCs, or industrial control systems
Work Environment
  • Based at our testing and support facility in Houston, TX
  • Monday–Friday (8am to 5pm & 7am to 4pm alternating weeks) schedule
  • Combination of hands-on lab work, computer-based data analysis, and customer interaction
COMPENSATION: $25-$30 DOE
Traveling Required in the United States Once hired on
